New Year under the Scandinavian Sky

I used to wonder why Nepalese are always busy celebrating all the festivals from around the globe. I used to think why they were so party prowlers. I always had been skeptical on the idea of celebrating festivals and customs that are foreign to my culture. But this year, I am under the Scandinavian Sky. The most colorful night in Scandinavia perhaps in the west.

This year I have celebrated festivals starting from St. Louis to Christmas to New year. New year under the Scandinavian Sky is the most spectacular one. I wished I had a camera. I miss Ujwal’s DSLR from back home.

The sky is filled with fire works. The environment is great and there is joy everywhere.
